Successful Product Managers at Focussoft Tech will be required to manage diverse teams that span engineering, marketing, and customer support, necessitating a strong technical background coupled with outstanding communication and leadership abilities. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our educational solutions are not only high-quality but also impactful and user-friendly.

We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Product Manager. Product Managers improve customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed product strategies, among other duties.

Product Managers will need to manage diverse teams spanning engineering and marketing, requiring both a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Lead the ideation, validation, and launch of new products and features from concept through delivery.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Translate market research and customer feedback into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear, concise written and verbal updates.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset, advocating for exceptional user experience at every stage.

• Previous experience in a product development or management role.
• Proven product development ability.
• Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B product management.
• Background in user experience research or design.
