JR-As an Analyst Business Intelligent, you will manage back-office processes for key sales channels, ensuring business indicators stay within target. You will also handle credit notes, reinvoicing, discounts, and customer claims while supporting field sales operations. This role resolves issues across Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collections, and Finance. In addition, you will support continuous‐improvement projects and oversee sales and back-office KPIs to maintain efficient operations and timely collections.
** What You Will Do
*** Compile and analyze internal data to produce essential reports for CNIH and internal stakeholders, including measures, consolidated reports, dashboards, SOM, and reserves.
* Monitor product availability and resolve inventory issues in coordination with Supply Chain to align with the sales plan.
* Provide specialized sales information and analytical support to Consumer and Commercial teams.
* Develop, track, and optimize sales indicators while delivering actionable insights to PBUs.
* Resolve cross‐functional issues by collaborating with Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collections, and Finance.
* Support and execute continuous‐improvement initiatives and system enhancements such as MM portal implementations.
* Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks to protect and streamline the collection process.
* Manage and maintain sales KPIs and Back‐Office performance metrics to support operational efficiency.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of administrative processes within the tire industry.
* 3–4 years of experience in account reconciliation, overdue portfolio management, and billing.
* Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including Retail, Mass Merchandise, Assemblers, Wholesalers, and National Accounts.

*** Certification in PMO or Business Intelligence, with solid experience using SAP.
* Working knowledge of Mass Merchandise portals and processes.
* Experience in transnational or multinational environments.
* Strong attention to detail with effective decision‐making and problem‐solving skills.
* Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and serving as a conciliator across teams.
* Customer‐focused attitude with strong interpersonal relationship‐building abilities.
* Effective communicator capable of interacting across multiple organizational levels.
