We are a people-first company committed to diversity, inclusion and equity. Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of our Sourcing & Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards & reporting tools using Tableau, Alteryx and Excel.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop vendor performance dashboards to track payment terms and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support budgeting, forecasting & month-end close processes through financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and automate gross margin analysis, incorporating impacts from tariffs, gold pricing, and sourcing initiatives.
- Build financial models, perform data mapping, and conduct scenario analysis to support supply chain and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, sourcing, and supply chain to deliver insights on inventory performance, cost drivers and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Provide analytical support for cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc business projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to interpret complex data, perform scenario analysis and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets) and experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools; familiarity with Alteryx, SQL, Business Objects or Power BI preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and handling sensitive financial data.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships to support shared business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment; experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing or e-commerce (supporting sourcing or supply chain) preferred.
