Project Coordinator
Echo Electric offers an opportunity to join as a solution‑driven Project Coordinator. The role involves coordinating projects from purchase order receipt through successful delivery, serving as the liaison between Echo Electric and customers, and managing internal project coordination and external communication.
ShiftMonday‑Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities- Communicates the scope of the project and outlines project timelines.
- Supports cross‑functional teams such as quotations and outside sales by providing resourceful problem solving.
- Provides project status reports to customers.
- Works with reps and manufacturers to ensure that deliveries are maintained.
- Manages change orders and communicates all project changes to team.
- Maintains project file and ensures that all key information is maintained and accessible if needed.
- Identifies potential roadblocks and proactively develops solutions that keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
- Confirms that all invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close‑out.
- Occasionally meets with customers to establish expectations, timelines, and other necessary project updates.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Teamwork attitude and willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.
- Growth‑oriented approach—someone eager to learn, meet customer needs, and contribute to team success.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment without losing focus on quality.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escape.
- Attention to detail and skill to track progress.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
