Sourcing Specialist - Merchandising; HYBRID

Signet Jewelers is a leading retailer of diamond jewelry, operating more than 2,800 stores worldwide under brands such as Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared, and others.

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining Signet’s cost strategy and supporting new initiatives such as vendor/designer onboarding, status update communications, and SLA management on Loupe SKU generation. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and facilitate Loupe integration for current and future business cases.

• Implement and manage strategic sourcing initiatives related to the SSP platform and product costing.
• Assist with sourcing projects, providing financial analysis, cost modeling, and reporting to identify cost‑saving opportunities and cost‑increase avoidance strategies.
• Manage SKU creation SLA across all categories to ensure accuracy and timeliness of approvals.
• Develop strong working relationships with merchant teams across categories to facilitate and implement sourcing initiatives.
• Expand knowledge base for assigned categories with ongoing product training.

• 1+ year job‑related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
