Dental Regional Manager Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and adaptable Assistant to work with our Dental Regional Manager. This role as RM Assistant will provide administrative and operational support within a growing dental organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with different teams, and helping ensure the day-to-day operations of a dental practice run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can take initiative, stay organized, and assist wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to dental office teams.
  • Provide front-office or administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with employee training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Help ensure offices are following established company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate staffing, operational, or employee concerns to appropriate leadership.
  • Assist with maintaining a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed timely.
  • Assist with coordinating communication and support between office locations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Additional Details Because this position provides support across multiple locations (approximately a 30 mile radius), local travel between company offices will be required as needed. A gas stipend will be provided for travel between locations.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be experienced in the dental field as an office manager, regional manager, or similar role. Applicants without experience in the dental field will not be considered.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be willing to travel to company offices as needed (gas stipend provided).
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
