Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support large-scale EPC construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing field execution from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This is a hands-on, onsite position for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-discipline environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities across one or multiple projects
- Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting efforts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
- Monitor project progress and prepare status, cost, and cash flow reports
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align deliverables
- Ensure permits, compliance, and documentation requirements are met
- Oversee site mobilization, materials management, and demobilization
- Lead project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty activities
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of compliance
- Mentor and support junior staff and field supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and field operations
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, and cost controls
- Experience working on multi-discipline projects (electrical, mechanical, civil)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- EPC or industrial construction project experience
- Experience with project management and cost control software
- Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, PE) are a plus
- Manage multiple projects ranging from small to mid-size budgets
- Projects may include industrial, utility, or infrastructure facilities
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- 50% field-based role, 50% office
- Collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders
