Construction Project Manager; Utility​/Industrial​/Infrastructure

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project execution
  , from approved budget and schedule through completion
• Manage multiple construction projects concurrently (typically $100K–$10M)
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams (electrical, mechanical, civil) and subcontractors
• Lead planning, scheduling, estimating, cost forecasting, and change management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and reporting
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, RFPs, bids, and change orders
• Oversee construction activities, field progress, commissioning, and closeout
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety plans, quality standards, and company policies
• Mentor and support project teams, field supervision, and junior staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• Experience on industrial, utility, or infrastructure construction projects
• Strong skills in schedule control, cost management, documentation, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management tools
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
