• Works with our homeowners after the sales process by guiding them through their preconstruction meetings.
• Works with lenders to get homeowners construction loans approved.
• Works with warranty after the home is built.
• Becomes the advocate for our customers throughout the build process!

• Previous customer service experience (front facing).
