Commercial Construction PM & Superintendent

Job Description

I'm partnering with a respected commercial construction company near Akron, OH that's known for doing things the right way: strong teams, steady backlog, and projects that actually make you proud to drive past later.

They're hiring an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent to lead commercial builds from dirt to ribbon cutting. If you thrive on running tight schedules, coordinating trades, and keeping jobsites humming like a well tuned engine, this is your lane.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations

• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers

• Drive jobsite safety and quality standards

• Solve problems fast and keep projects moving forward

• For PMs: oversee financials, contracts, and client relationships

• For Superintendents: manage daily field operations and trade sequencing

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience

• Background with a general contractor required

• Experience leading ground up or major renovation projects

• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

• Comfortable managing multiple trades and tight timelines

• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred

• Clear communicator with a take ownership mindset

Project types may include office, healthcare, retail, light industrial, education, and other commercial facilities.
