Construction Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Akron. The role is open to Nepali nationals. The candidate will manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific project tasks
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting construction work

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Nepali nationality preferred

Salary: $1,300 per month.
