Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Akron, Ohio. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising all contractors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
• Develop project budgets and schedules
• Select and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments
• Manage project costs and control expenses
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Prepare regular progress reports for clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month, negotiable based on experience.
