Construction Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects in Akron USA. As the Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per week.

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
• Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that arise during construction
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Preference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Kenyan nationals or have experience working in these countries
• This is an English-speaking job; fluency in English is required
