Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager to join our team in Akron. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to budgeting and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement construction plans in accordance with project requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Monitor progress and quality of construction work
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
