Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor for our company located in Akron you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons to ensure high-quality and efficient construction projects This job is perfect for an experienced mason looking to take on a leadership role and advance their career

• Supervising and managing a team of masons providing guidance training and support as needed
• Planning and organizing work schedules to meet project deadlines
• Inspecting construction sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed
• Reading blueprints and ensuring accurate measurements are taken
• Mixing mortar and laying bricks or stones according to specifications
• Repairing and maintaining existing structures
• Communicating with clients contractors and other tradespeople

• At least 5 years of experience as a mason
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina as this job requires standing bending lifting heavy objects etc

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week
