Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Akron Ohio As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion You will work closely with architects engineers contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent problem-solving abilities and extensive knowledge of construction processes and regulations This is an urgent position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates

Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Plan organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project budgets and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
• Manage resources efficiently to meet project goals within budget constraints
