Typesetter English Language Publications in Akron, OH

We are hiring a Typesetter to work on our English language publications in Akron OH

As a Typesetter you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images for print and digital publications

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month

• Must be fluent in English
• Previous experience as a Typesetter is required
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience working with different font styles and sizes
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Must have your own accommodation in Akron or be willing to relocate at your own expense

• Collaborate with the editorial team to design layouts for publications
• Set text and images according to the publications style guide
• Proofread text for spelling grammar and punctuation errors
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure consistency throughout the publication
• Work within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on progress
