West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richfield branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post‑installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience. This is a fast‑paced customer service role focused on communication, problem‑solving, and relationship building.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with post‑installation service requests
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow‑up
• Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
• Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
• Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred

• $20–$22/hour
