Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests with check-in and check-out, processing all phone calls, and handling all special requests for services or information;
Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations;
Maintain knowledge of hotel features/services, hours of operation, rates, promotions, and daily occupancy;
Process guest payments and currency handling, inputting data into the system;
Coordinate with departments for guest needs and wake-up calls
