National Accounts Service Coordinator
As a National Accounts Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our customers and a key connection between Sales, Planning, and Operations. You'll manage customer orders, navigate customer portals and internal systems, monitor inventory trends, and help ensure a consistent flow of products to support our customers. This role requires someone who can anticipate customer needs, identify potential challenges before they arise, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver solutions.

- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
- Quick learner who enjoys working with new systems and technology
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude
