Automotive Sales Call Center Representative

Summary

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at Van Devere . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer care while fostering a family‑like environment.

• Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide information about our products and services to potential customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  
  Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
• Set sales appointments for the salesmen

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is an advantage.
• Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
