Guest Experience & Safety Team Member

Urban-Air-Adventure-Park in Akron, Ohio is seeking Team Members responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of guests. You will engage with families and children, monitor safety in activity zones, and handle various operational duties such as managing the front desk and hosting parties.

Ideal candidates should be energetic, customer-focused, and possess effective communication skills. Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required. Urban Air promotes a fun and secure environment for all guests.
