Cashier​/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier Customer Service Representative to join our team in Akron As a cashier you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service This position is suitable for Egyptian nationals with no English language requirement and no prior experience in a similar role

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and assist them with their purchases
• Operate cash registers scanners and other electronic equipment to process payments
• Ensure accuracy of prices and quantities for all products
• Process returns exchanges and refunds according to company policies
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Promote company loyalty programs and encourage customers to sign up for rewards
• Follow all cash handling procedures including counting and reconciling cash drawers
• Assist with stocking shelves restocking products and maintaining inventory levels

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• No English language requirement
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary $1100month negotiable based on experience
