Malayalee Moderator; Part-Time

We are in search of a Part‑Time Malayalee Moderator to join our team in Akron. As a Moderator you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community forums ensuring that all content posted meets our guidelines and standards. This role requires excellent communication skills in Malayalam as well as the ability to understand and moderate a diverse range of topics and opinions.

• Monitor and moderate community forums ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Identify trends and issues within the community and elevate them as needed
• Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation practices
• Provide support to other team members when needed

• Fluent in Malayalam with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
• Ability to remain impartial objective and fair while moderating discussions
• Experience moderating forums or online communities preferred
• Familiarity with cultural norms within the Malayalee community is a plus

This is a part‑time position with flexible hours. While English proficiency is not required for this role it is preferred. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the above requirements.
