You will lead projects from early concept through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a key contributor to project success, client satisfaction, and the firm's culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of projects.
- Develop project drawings, specifications, and technical details with accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to align with client and firm expectations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
- Contribute to internal studio culture by mentoring emerging professionals and collaborating across disciplines.
- Support quality assurance/quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Licensed Architect (required; U.S. jurisdiction).
- 5+ years of architectural experience
, including progressive responsibility in project delivery. - Strong experience with public-sector project types (municipal, education, or government).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/production tools.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
