You will lead projects from early concept through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a key contributor to project success, client satisfaction, and the firm's culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of projects.
  • Develop project drawings, specifications, and technical details with accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to align with client and firm expectations.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
  • Contribute to internal studio culture by mentoring emerging professionals and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Support quality assurance/quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect (required; U.S. jurisdiction).
  • 5+ years of architectural experience
    , including progressive responsibility in project delivery.
  • Strong experience with public-sector project types (municipal, education, or government).
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/production tools.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
