Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are a close-knit architectural firm of 35 professionals, committed to impactful design. We work on a range of projects—single-family, multifamily, assisted living, local churches, and small or large commercial/industrial projects. This variety gives you the chance to shape environments across sectors.

We’re seeking an architect with 4-10 years of architectural experience. Licensure is preferred, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion—no large team silos—guiding every step of the design process.

You’ll work directly with clients and owners to shape their vision—whether it’s a home, a community space, or a business. The best part? You’ll see your designs go from sketches to real spaces.

This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Akron, OH. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating project plans, managing integration between disciplines, and overseeing project execution. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed designs, collaborating with civil engineers and surveyors, working closely with clients, and ensuring delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. The Architect will also participate in project management and work as a key contributor to cross-functional project teams.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating team efforts to meet project goals
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
• Relevant certifications, such as a professional architect license, are preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site
