Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron. As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and designs, and managing the construction process.

• Develop creative and functional designs for industrial buildings that meet client requirements and building codes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary changes to design plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

This position is based in Akron. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
