As an Architecture Team Supervisor, you will bring advanced architectural expertise and leadership to oversee the design and delivery of construction documentation, specifications, and details across various complex projects. You will be responsible for managing production teams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring the team's quality of work and productivity.
- Directing and supporting production teams by assigning tasks and balancing workloads while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and design to construction documentation and administration.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Discipline Leads on budgets, scheduling, staffing forecasts, and proposal developments.
- Providing expert guidance on design, code compliance, and technical problem-solving, including quality management programs.
- Acting as a technical liaison with internal teams, clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project clarity and compliance.
- Applying company and jurisdictional requirements to meet professional and safety obligations.
- Performing site visits and construction observations to validate conditions and assist in construction administration.
- Implementing quality management processes and recommending design improvements.
Leading meetings, documenting decisions, and communicating project goals and updates to all stakeholders. - Managing direct reports and supporting their professional growth.
- Executing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Registered Architect (RA) licensure and NCARB Certification are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and various other architectural and project management software.

Compensation is competitive, with a range of $85,897 - $167,023 annually based on experience and skills. Each offer is tailored to the individual candidate.
