Position Overview
As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs and then use your technical expertise to develop detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings. You will also manage a team of architects and engineers ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with contractors, consultants, and other professionals involved in the building process. Additionally you will need to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the quality of your designs.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, proficiency in CAD software, excellent project management skills and a Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field. This is a full‑time position based in Akron with a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus accommodation. Filipinos with English proficiency are preferred for this role.
