Preservation Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Akron.

• Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures.
• Create comprehensive preservation plans that adhere to historical guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the restoration process.
• Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Manage project budget and timeline.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of historical preservation guidelines and regulations.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $1200 per month, negotiable based on experience.
