Architectural Technologist

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in preparing and developing architectural designs and plans
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
• Prepare detailed drawings, models and specifications using computer-aided design CAD software
• Research building codes, regulations and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to superiors
• Participate in client meetings and present design proposals
• Continuously develop knowledge of new trends, techniques and materials in the field of architecture

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

1600$ per month negotiable based on experience
