We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and public facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
• Create design proposals and present them to clients
• Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Address any issues or changes that arise during the construction process
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
• Proficient in CAD software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: $1800/month
