We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron USA As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings warehouses factories and other related structures You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design functional and efficient spaces that meet their requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial design principles excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team Experience in AutoCAD Revit or other architectural software is required This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week
Essential Duties- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD Revit or other architectural software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Work closely with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate effectively with clients providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of industrial design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Masters degree in Architecture
- Experience working on industrial projects in the USA
- LEED certification
