Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals.
• Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and structures.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create 2D and 3D models of designs.
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and materials in order to improve design processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to industrial construction.
• Excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Salary: $1400 per month.

Akron, Ohio

Preference for Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English. This is a part-time position without accommodation. Biometric passport required.
