Architectural Technologist

We are a leading architecture firm based in Akron and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for construction projects as well as overseeing the technical aspects of projects.

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design CAD software
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to develop project plans
• Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects including materials selection and building systems
• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
• Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa or have the ability to obtain one This is not a strict requirement but is preferred
