Senior Architect - Residential Projects in Akron, OH

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Akron OH.

As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of residential projects in the city. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1800$.

• Lead and manage all aspects of residential project design and development from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Develop detailed plans blueprints and design documents using AutoCAD or other software
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and approve material selections and construction methods
• Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments as needed

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential architecture projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Akron OH
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
