We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your main role will be to manage and direct our team of architects and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with the project team
• Oversee the design process, ensuring that all architectural designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture
• Train and mentor junior architects to support their professional development

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design principles
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or other design software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
