Senior Architect - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)

• Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design software
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress through regular inspections
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
• Leadership skills to mentor junior architects

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.

This job is based in Akron but open to individuals from all nationalities with visa sponsorship available.
