Senior Architect - Residential Projects

We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Akron As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our residential projects This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who is looking for a challenging role that offers growth and development opportunities

• Develop and oversee design concepts for residential projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design meets clients requirements and budget
• Lead project coordination meetings with clients consultants and contractors
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
• Conduct site visits to review construction quality and provide guidance to contractors
• Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and project management techniques
• Stay updated on industry trends technology advancements and building codes

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction processes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
