Architectural Technologist - Akron

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron USA As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of various projects This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month including accommodation

• Collaborate with architects to develop conceptual designs and construction plans
• Use computer-aided design software to create detailed drawings and models
• Conduct site visits and assist with on-site construction inspections
• Communicate with clients contractors and other professionals involved in the project
• Stay updated on industry trends building codes and regulations

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software AutoCAD Revit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working on commercial or residential projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Akron USA
