Architectural Designer

Location Akron Ohio United States Salary $1400month We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron Ohio

As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial buildings You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and use your creative skills to design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces

• Develop architectural designs for residential and commercial buildings
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Ensure designs comply with building codes regulations and zoning laws
• Work closely with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
• Research new materials technologies and construction methods to incorporate into designs
• Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and other stakeholders throughout the design process

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer experience in residential design is preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and zoning laws
• Ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This is a full-time position for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English We offer competitive compensation of $1400 per month Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in the United States
