Industrial Architect - Akron, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and construction, with a focus on efficiency and functionality. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial design and construction
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on projects in the Philippines or other English-speaking countries. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
