OB/GYN Medical Director – Cincinnati, Ohio | Full-Time Leadership Role at Leading Health System

- Anderson Hospital) - Start Date: Upon selection
- Duration: Permanent, full-time
- Shift: Monday–Friday; includes 1:6 call rotation
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time employed position
- License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in OB/GYN practice; leadership experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-time clinical care including office visits, surgical procedures, and deliveries at Mercy Health
- Anderson Hospital - Lead and develop the women’s health program strategically across Cincinnati’s east side
- Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering teamwork and clinical excellence
- Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from the University of Cincinnati
- Dedicate administrative time for program growth initiatives
- Engage in a balanced, weekday schedule with rotational call duties
What You Need:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Minimum of 5 years’ OB/GYN practice experience
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and program development
