We are looking for compassionate, skilled behavior professionals to make a real difference every day—without evening or weekend hours.

TES Academy is a non‑public charter school trusted by many Northeast Ohio school districts to support students requiring intensive behavioral and educational services. Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. With small class sizes, low student‑to‑staff ratios, and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, we prioritize personalized learning, positive intervention strategies, safety and growth.

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
• Provide guidance to staff and families
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Write IEP goals and objectives
• Implement and oversee crisis plans, including de‑escalation, restraints, and seclusion
• Maintain clear documentation and track student progress
• Mentor, train, and collaborate with classroom staff in behavioral interventions
• Support families and staff with evidence‑based strategies

• Valid BCBA or BCaBA licensure
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working off‑site)
• Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Must pass BCI/FBI background check
• Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)
• Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary
