Alternative Learning Environment Tutor (In-School Suspension)
Springfield High School and Junior High, 7-12
Term: 2021-22 school year (repost fron Sept. 2021)
Qualifications and Possible Job
Duties Include:
* Valid Ohio teaching certificate or license in Special Education.
* Familiarity with writing and meeting the needs of students on 504s and/or IEPs.
* Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
* Alternatives to the above as the Board finds acceptable.
* Oversee and provide instruction, in line with the Ohio Academic Standards, as needed, to students assigned to alternative learning environment (In-School Suspension).
* Communicate and collaborate with building staff members to create an environment for learning.
* Other duties as assigned.
