Lead Summer School Age Teacher Who Specializes in Outdoor Fun, Enrichment and Relationships
30-40 Hours Per Week $17-19 per hour (W-2 Employee)

When you join Color Our Rainbow Academy, your training will not only be interactive and fun, but it will be individualized for you to be successful in your classroom. We are a family-owned center who still has a long, and growing, list of benefits and an owner who knows and is involved in current early childhood education who you will interact with often.
Working during the summer months (June through August) you will join our team as Summer Camp “counselors”. Be a part of our summer camp calendar that is loaded with extra enrichment; field trips ( for school agers) and classroom activities that we don’t usually do during the school year. We have positions for both full and part time.

Ideal characteristics:
Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field) CPL 2
Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team Supports families through daily communication and engagement
Joins in on fun- singing and dancing
Commits to watching students grow through the whole year (longevity)
Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships
Professional and committed to quality
Motivated and holds true to what you say you will do (integrity)
Responsibilities Include Health and safety of children
Prepares and implements hands-on activities
Actively supervises the children at all times
Daily communication (verbal, send pictures, videos, messages)
Builds strong family relationships through goal setting and engagement in classroom activitiesprofessionalism
Teamwork skills
Punctual
Enrolls in and completes training through training platforms
Appropriate interactions, dress, communication

Added Benefits: for full time staff working 25 hours for more than 90 days

A. Meet all state licensing qualifications (5101:2-12-27)
B. CPL 3 or higherII.
Physical Requirements
A. Lifting and carrying children that may weigh 10- 70lbs.
B. Stand up to 90% of the day while supervising the safety of the children
