This full-time, contract opportunity offers a unique split between two distinct locations, each with its own dynamic and varied caseload. Youll play a vital role in empowering children from kindergarten through 12th grade to reach their highest potential both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
• Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with a diverse K-12 student population
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to seamlessly balance responsibilities across two locations
• Excellent organization and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to students in both Lorain (K-8, approx. 18 students) and Parma (K-12, approx. 24 students)
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster supportive learning environments
• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and re-evaluations to guide therapeutic interventions
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in accordance with established protocols
• Engage in team meetings, providing valuable input to multidisciplinary teams
• Travel flexibly between assigned sites as part of your regular schedule
