As a lead member of the Attendance Intervention Team, you proactively monitor data and reach out before a student disengages. You are comfortable making the calls, sending the texts, and conducting the home visits necessary to bring our students back into the fold and keep them on track.
• A Tech‑Fluent Navigator. You understand that the best advocacy is informed by good data. You are at home within Google Workspace and Student Information Systems, using these tools to track interventions, log support notes, and ensure that every student's journey is documented with 100% accuracy. You learn new software quickly and believe that organized data is a key component of excellent service.
