• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective educational and behavioral interventions
• Support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Deliver direct counseling services and crisis interventions as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize student success
