The Akron Board of Education announces an opening for a Substitute Tutor, Job Code 040, Time Schedule 24 hours/week (38 weeks), Hourly Rate: $34.88, Collective Bargaining – AEA. Qualifications
- Required:

• Experience working with children and youth
• High School diploma required
• Ability to obtain a Substitute Teaching License for the State of Ohio upon employment.

Desired:

• Bachelors Degree
• Certification in the following areas preferred:
• P-3
• 4-9 (Math or Reading)
• K-8
• 7-12 (Math or Reading)
• Reading Endorsement (K-12)
• Intervention Specialist
